I always thought that was a strange feature on Atlantis in that when the L outlane rollover was lit for special, it would award a credit, but did not score any points in the process.
Anyway, the specific path for that circuit includes motor switch 1C (yellow & red/white wires), the outlane rollover switch itself, a make/break switch at the 9th position of the 1-9 sequence unit (red & yellow/green wires) and finally, the 15th position switch on the credit unit. The fault cannot be in the 15th position switch if the game awards credit for the other special switches, so try to inspect clean the other switches.
