Hello, everyboby. I'm Jérémy, I'm french and I'm 43 years old. Sorry for my english. I have recently bought a pinball which name is "Flying pinball" by Gottlieb. Its condition is good, and I'm restoring it like I can do. My problem is that I don't understand the way to use the "chain reaction booster ball" in the middle of the playfield. I have seen some pictures and videos where the balls are staying in the middle game and that the aim is to put the five balls on the same side. But the balls fall of this central mini game. I think there is a missing piece in the bottom of this booster area but I can't see clearly on pictures I have found on the net. Can you confirme there is something to trap the balls in ? Thanx for your answers guys !

    Hi!

    Welcome to pinball collecting!

It would appear there is a plastic lip that holds the balls in place.

Hello John and thanx for your response. Unfortunately, I have ever find IPDB and the pictures doesn't show very well the piece I'm searching for. I would have a picture of the missing piece to try to make it by myself.

Here's a picture from a Gottlieb Sunset that has the same captive ball
feature and maybe a better view. Found by "Advanced Search" for
"captive balls" in notable features field.

    https://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=2422&picno=30012

Steve Young at Pinall Resource (http://www.pbresource.com) would be the
person to check with to see if the part is available. International
    shipping may be expensive though.

There are several collectors shown on the "Mr. Pinball" site that have
    Flying Circus. www.mrpinball.com
Search the collector register for "flying circus" in the "Machine in collection" field.
    http://user.xmission.com/~daina/tpcr/search_tpcr.html

Don't be alarmed that www.mrpinball.com redirects to http://user.xmission.com/~daina/pinball.html

Try emailing that group to see if anyone can help with a picture of that
    part.

    Welcome to pinball and RGP,
