• menu/theme mod to direct access to netmail

From Nicola Mettimano@21:4/183 to All on Sunday, September 04, 2022 16:42:45
Hello folks, i just started to modify mystic theme and menus; i would want to have direct access to netmail with a specific key button. Netmail is second area of my firs group.
Is it possible to go directly to netmails regardless of the area/group I am in?

There is always the possibility of changing the group and area as part of the Action List for that menu key:

(FG) File group change (with the ID number of the file group, as per the ID column of the File Group Editor, as Data)

(FA) File area change (with the ID number of the file base, as per the ID columnt of the File Base Editor, as Data)

    Best regards
    Bj”rn

Hm, interesting. I have a single netmail sub that doesn't have any specific group it's tied to, so maybe that's a start?

Exactly, dont make it a group member. Just give it some sX or uX.
If you want access everywhere, create some menu that automatically switches to that message area (MA in action list) and give it a hot key in global ....

    Bye!
